My golf journey began back in 2011 while a freshman in high school. I attended Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC and achieved a degree in Business Administration and PGA Golf Management in December 2019. I have proudly been a Member of the PGA of America since January of 2020. During my journey as a PGA Professional, I have had the privilege of shadowing and learning from multiple top 100 and highly respected coaches in the United States and Canada. These experiences have had a great influence on my coaching. My teaching philosophy centers around taking complex problems and providing simple solutions for my students so they can understand the “why” and “how” in order to move in the direction of their specific goals. I do not try to fit my students into a model or standardized golf swing. I believe in using technology to measure club, ball and wrist data to leave no stone unturned when it comes to assessing the swing. Equally as important to me is having an understanding of key stats when my students play to help identify areas of weakness in their games to help build custom practice plans for them. My ideal student is a golfer that understands that improvement is a process and there are no “quick fixes” that lead to long-term improvement in golf. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions you may have about my coaching or how to get booked with me today!
